Defects or issues should be reported within 7 days of receiving products or services. Refunds will be determined at the discretion of the Make Shop team.

3D printed objects are only guaranteed for use as prototypes. We do not guarantee their longevity or suitability for specific situations or uses. Due to the nature of 3D print manufacturing and material 3D printed parts cannot be held to the same strength and longevity standards as molded plastic parts. 3D printed parts may be susceptible to warping and / or colour change from UV or heat.

It is the client's responsibility to sample and test all fabricated parts thoroughly to ensure they are fit for the clients specific use.

Note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
